Emily O'Flynn
Visual Arts Programmer, In-House Curator
Emily O'Flynn, born Cork, Ireland, completed her BA Honours Degree in Fine Art at Crawford College of Art and Design in 2012. Since graduating she has continued to live and work in Cork as a managing member of Sample-Studios. She is the current Visual Arts Programmer and in-house curator of TACTIC, Cork and has facilitated, curated and co-curated numerous exhibitions and performances, as well as continuing to work on her own practice.

Alison Fogarty
Alison Fogarty was born in 1991 in Dublin, Ireland. She has recently graduated with a BA (Hons) in Fine Art from CIT Crawford College of Art and Design. She was an active member in the organising and running of the 2016 degree show COOKED. Alison was awarded the CIT Graduate Print Residency Award 2016 which is currently completing and her piece for the degree show ‘In this world nothing can be said to be certain’ was short-listed for the RDS Visual Arts Awards 2016.
Dervla Mulcahy
Dervla Mulcahy (b.1992) is an artist who currently lives and works in the South-West of Ireland. Mulcahy attended Limerick School of Art and Design (2012-2016) where she completed a fine art degree, specialising in printmaking. Mulcahy previously was a member of the Culture Team at Ormston House, a Cultural Resource Centre located in Limerick City, Ireland as well as also having worked closely with internationally recognised studio Limerick Printmakers; educating the public about traditional fine art practices, and taught both school groups and experienced teachers these techniques.

TACTIC: PAST TEAM
Gerald Heffernan, curator and multidisciplinary artist in his own practice, graduated from Crawford College of Art in 2010. In 2006 he co-founded Patrick St. Gallery in Cork City where he curated and produced a variety of over 50 events. As co-founder of the performance society in CCAD, Heffernan performed at Ó Bhéal in Cork and Live@8 in Galway. He also participated in the Art in Context performance and talks series in CCAD and Camden Palace in 2010. In 2011, he co-established Sample-Studios and in 2012 he joined the management and curation team at TACTIC.

Pamela Myers was co-curator and visual arts programmer at TACTIC, Sample-Studios from 2011-2013. As a visual artist and curator, she studied at Limerick School of Art & Design, graduating in 2008. Her degree show was selected for review in CIRCA as part of the critic’s choice of new graduates. In 2011 she established TACTIC gallery at Sample-Studios. Prior to this she has worked at the Fenton Gallery, Cork and in collections management at The Glucksman Gallery, UCC where she is currently a contributor to the education programme.

Liam Slevin was co-curator and visual arts programmer at TACTIC, Sample-Studios from 2011-2013. Slevin is a mutli-disciplinary artist, curator and arts project co-ordinator from Cork, Ireland. He has exhibited throughout Ireland and has performed internationally with his sound based performances. He holds a B.A Honours degree from the Limerick School of Art and Design, Ireland. In 2008 he co-founded the artist collective Cork Contemporary Projects as well as setting up theSPACE in 2009. Liam SLevin is now predominatly based in Berlin.
